Hi all

Recently the rivets in my black Alices snapped and i have emailed croc.eu twice and crocs.com twice and no one has had the decency to get back to me!! I know some of you have had replacement straps and rivets so how did you manage to get your replacements????

	24/03/2008 09:46:38 Do you remember that Caleb's rivet snapped in July last year?? I emailed croc eu and got an email straight away saying they'd post them. But after a whole month I hadn't recieved any so I emailed them again and got an instant reply saying that I was on the list to get them sent out and sorry it's taken so long and they'd send them as soon as possible. But I've got the envelope here infront of me and they posted them to me on the 1st ofOCTOBER!!!!!!! So don't hold your breath!!!!! xxjxx

	23/03/2008 07:59:01 jelly egg sent me some but got replacement straps from crocs but took months!!!!!!!!!!!! try jelly egg if they sell Alice they will send you some!
