Firstly, we are really sorry about the fact that your profiles were not transferred correctly first time around. We tried to make the process as simple as possible for you guys so you could simply log on and have your croc fans profiles ready and waiting for you. Unfortunately we hit some road blocks that we could not prevent so we have been frantically trying to fix all of the issues so you can all enjoy what we think is our great new site.

We hope that you enjoy the new site and take advantage of the new additions we have made. There are still a few minor issues that we need to iron out, including the Instant Messenger and Emoticons. However, we wanted to get the site back up as soon as possible so we hope these issues can be fixed quickly. 

As a token of our appreciation for all of your patience with these problems we will be running lots more competitions in the near future so keep your eyes posted.
