Kay I have created a poll that needs to go through Admin first. It gives 3 dates all mentioned in the forum chit chat. I think that if we all get to vote it will be more diplomatic and fair on all. The winning date should then be the meet date.

Hopfully with others to follow.

I have cast my vote, I think the poll is the fairest solution, and it will be easier for admin to see who can come too without trawling through the forum.

Kay dont feel bad I am sure all agree that the only way that this should be done is with a vote. So lets give it a few days perhaps to the weekend and see how it all goes. I think it is impotant to pick your prefered date to get a true view.

We all have reasons for our own dates and it is important to do what is right for you it aint going to hurt no one and you have to look out for your best interests.

Sorry if anyone feels I am interfearing but I am a strong beliver in parity and am just tring to help get a date as I cant wait.

I would also like to say lets not forget our friends in the north who would find such a trip a real mission. Perhaps a few of you could get together and we could have a web link or somehing.
