you have all my sympathies I hate nights only have to do the odd one and did not do any for a few months as we had a pool staff who did them don't know about you but the really mess my head and my body up

Still at least it's quiet but like you say it's a problem staying awake do you read? I can't read a book but give the mags and crosswords a good old bashing

Are you off duty if so enjoy I have 2 days off them an eight day stint going to do some gardening today as it's dry and the sun is shining

Hope the headache didn't last too long, it's awful when you don't get enough sleep isn't it? I always get a headache then too!!

So what are you going to do with yourself until wednesday apart from sleep? You are off aren't you or are you on days till then? I'm getting a bit senile and can never remember what i've read when people message me!! Thats another side affect of little sleep......a bad memory!!

Ray's been decorating the lounge this weekend as our new sofa arrived early and caught us on the hop!! Still it's all finished now thank goodness, would like new blinds or curtains really but they will wait until the new year!

Run that by me again............you don't like cakes!!??? Oh how i wish i didn't like cakes either cos i'd still be able to get into my winter jeans/trousers!!! I do love the smell of fresh cakes and bread wafting about the place....mmm!! Can just smell it now!!

Oh dear nights!!! Noooooo thats so not good, i can't sleep in the day either and have enough trouble sleeping at night, even more so now Brittany has had a fit!! I bet it takes you ages to feel normal again after a 3 week shift of nights.....eurgh!!

Glad you still have the aliens....lucky you! I've still got the dragon breathing fire all over me!!
