That strap replacement service sounds ace! Personally, I only wear my straps in place when driving as I don't want to risk a Croc coming off and perhaps lodging under a footpedal. May I suggest that your bf does some gentle strap stretching before attaching them to his Crocs.I understand that they will hold the longer shape after a few stretches.

If you go onto crocsfootwear.co.uk - they will send you a replacement strap/rivets. I contacted them as my rivets have worn away with the crocodile on and my strap is wearing down. Said they will send me 2 new straps and 4 new rivets! E-mail them and tell them what has happened, what model Crocs they are (Beach, Cayman etc.) and what US size they are (as the straps vary in size according to the sizes!). If your bf wants different coloured straps, just tell them that you've got those coloured Crocs! And don't forget to give them your address with the country, as they are based in The Netherlands! Crocs promise to replace any broken strap/rivet on their 'faq' section of the website! Hope this helps, I'm looking forward to receiving mine! Hehe!
