I went for kids alice in a 3 as the adult alice do seem quite narrow - I tried some on in the crocs shop in london (neal street, covent garden) and they were too tight - but fitted mum - a narrow size 3! The kids are much wider if you've got small feet!
So yes I've seen them in london, but yet to see them in any shops in Cardiff, and didn't get to look round Taunton at the weekend - Treds stock some, but whether they have alice I don't know. Also didn't see alice in Cribbs Causeway - I did see a shop near John Lewis with mammoths though!
If you have a wide foot, I'd steer clear, but if your foot is normal or narrow you should be fine!
They do look lovely and I'm sorry I can't get into the adult ones - but to make myself feel better I have bought mum a pair for xmas so she can wear them on my behalf!!! she was after a smarter pair so peacock alice are great!
Good luck - remember most stockists will allow you to return them if they don't fit - so why not just go for it - if you don't like them you can send them back for a refund!
