do you know anything about mammoth sizing? If the cayman exterior is the same size as normal, but they're lined do you think a size up would be advised? Or have they done new moulds to take into account the thickness of the lining? Gosh now I'm getting very sad aren't I - thinking about the manufacturing process (I studied it at uni though so that's an excuse!)
