I work In retail at " Your M&S" If we did not turn up we would be paying all sorts of compensation. I work in customer service and that is just not good enough. make sure you complain and tell them what you want, Vouchers to get bits later is always a good one as it is not really money lost as you will go back to use them and spend more. They like that.

Bought the swirly caymans from Nordstrom in the USA, they have a website but it appears they are out of the swirl caymans - a few have asked me and I put them to that website and they have come back saying that there sold out. I had an email from crocs and they say that swirl crocs will be coming to the UK but they just could not say an exact date!!
