Well I think it's great that Caleb prefers a musical instrument rather than some gadgety game! he must be a very sensible 91/2 year old and you must be so proud of him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scary how much things cost when you work it out

Watched Larkrise last night sorry it has come to an end and poor Zilla I think things were much harder in those days than was shown though! I also watched Richard the Lionheart quite into history and the book I am reading has just got to his death which took place in our area of France! the is a Richard the Lionheart trail but we have only done a bit of it.

2 episodes of Torchwood to watch tonight I have Cranford on dvd but not watched it I get together all the things I want to watch and take them to France, we have a tv and dvd but do not have an ariel, so I get to watch some great stuff whilst I am away we watched the Tudors and some of Darling buds of May last time that is such a sweet show I had forgotton how good it was!

Did you not get my very long text about May and Brittany going to Chestnut tree house??? I wouldn't be surprised as my phone seems to be playing up lately with people saying they texted me and i didn't receive it!!! Very odd???

So are we gonna try out ten pin bowling when you come down in may then? I bet i'll be rubbish now as i haven't played for a while.

Say " Happy Birthday" to Martin for me tomorrow please. I hope you have a lovely evening without the aliens going on about the car!! Why do they do that i wonder? It's so annoying, it's almost as if they either begrudge doing you a favour or want full recognisation and admiration from everyone!! My Mil is a prime example of that too!!

It was absolutely freezing in the stables today and it was only my jaw going ten to the dozen chatting to my friend that kept me warm!!!!

Brittany has appointment in the morning tomorrow as we have to go and pick up her new splints, then school for 3 hours and then another appointment at 3.10pm with the orthopaedic surgeon who checks her hips and joints etc, no wonder she hates the hospital with so many visits!!

She has Chestnut this weekend and is staying from fri evening until monday morning, she is going to school straight from there so that will be a bit strange for her and me.

What a nuisance that you can't spend the day with Martin on his big birthday, oh well if a hockey tournament looms i guess you have to go??

boy it sounds as if you have had an action packed weekend so not having the car did not slow things down! mind I don't like going round looking at cars much! as long as they go that is all that really interests me although I have been looking on French ebay! no I would not buy a car off there but just looking at the sort of prices, as I know cars hold there price better there, and we are thinking of getting a little run around rather than hiring one! depends on the prices and our buget

Glad you seem to have had fun and your lucky that your friends have lent you a car and you got to see Sian and Ben

Well I have 2 Torchwoods to watch and the last Larkrise when I get my off duty in the next couple of days that a a great big bubble bath! bliss!!!!!!!!! how easily pleased I am

I can understand the holding back with the music lessons! I can remember when Jamie wanted and organ!!!!!! and I got him lessons and all it cost a fortune and was very short lived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I take it you are going to get a new car and that your holiday will go ahead? I hope so and I am sure that the sun will shine on you in Wales it always shines on you!

How drunk was you the other day then??? You sent me several texts over the weekend so i already know most of your news!!! What are you like?

Not a bit of snow here, must have snowed everyelse but!! Soooo annoying, why i can't i live somewhere where it snows???

Popped out to B & Q this morning to get another light for our kitchen, replaced the one above the table recently and have now got a matching pair, just need someone to put it up for us now!

I'm soooooooooo jealous, i love ten pin bowling and haven't been for ages, i used to be quite good at it too but i doubt i am now?

Now i am BORED to death, wanted to go for a walk but it's raining yet again...........argh!!! Brittany is driving me absolutely bonkers so i've left her down stairs with Ray. I just popped up to get my jumper!!!???? That was nearly an hour ago!!

Brittany goes back to school tomorrow and then we have riding tuesday and on wed she has an appointment at 9.30am meaning i have to drop her off afterwards and wednesday afternoon an appointment at 3.10pm so the taxi will pick her up early and bring her home. Next week she's at school until thurs with fri being another bloody inset day....grrrr!!! How many do they need???

Twice in one day....you are honoured!!!! Was just hearing on GMTV this morning about the English schools having different half terms.....Seems barmy to me Ours finished on Thu for 2 weeks So not the best weather they're getting

Got all the ironing done and put away Just the hoovering and kitchen floor to do now Needed a break first though Plenty snow showers here but not lying (thank goodness) Back to work tomorrw but at least it'll be a nice short week Bet you're looking forward to your hols What kind of car are you hoping to get? Or just anything? Bye for now

Sorry haven't been on here much but for some reason been having problems getting on.....only me it would seem So now that i've logged in think i'll have to stay permenantly logged in

It's cold and snowy here just now Doing the ironing then got the kitchen floor to scrub then feet up and relax It's supposed to be my day off BUT up at 5.30 to take Martin to get his lift into Aberdeen He's on his weeks induction before he starts work June/July The joys of having kids!!!!! Are yours off for 2 weeks just now? Ours are... well Martin gets a week with having his induction this week
