He's looked into getting the Monday off, but they have a rota for manning the phones and he's down to work that day so he can't get the time off - he's supposed to book leave a month in advance so they can work the rotas round when people are off - so it's just going to be me! I'll definitely meet you at the farm if that's ok - don't want to get lost trying to find somewhere else - although I may get lost finding the farm!!!!

Weather was lovely yesterday, but we've got fog this morning. Was so hot running yesterday - I've joined 3 others who already run tuesdays and thursdays if they can! It's a nice break from wandering around the shops - and much cheaper  - Was worried I was going to slow down the lady I run with, but she says I push her to do more! I'm quite competitive so never want to give up - hence my legs are aching today and I'm sure will be worse tomorrow!

Got quite a bit of tidying done yesterday after work - as no classes! Ben bought me The Mysterious Cities of Gold (cult 80s cartoon) DVD yesterday so we watched a couple of episodes last night too! Do you remember it?

What do you think of the photos of Maldon? Mum and Dad often used to take us to places like that on a Sunday afternoon when we were kids, so we quite enjoy going there for a walk!

yep just bra's for me but I did get Henri and Sebastien a couple of nice tops oh and some toys for Grandma's Toy box and some books for them the toys and books are from the charity shops and quick wash and new batteries and they are ready to go just so there is always something for them to play with!

Yes people did go a bit silly wearin summer clothes they will have a shock when it snows again at the weekend!

Tennis what fun I can't play at all!

We walked through Tamworth castle grounds and the park it was so beautiful wish I had taken my camera

Hope you were not at the hospital too long!

I have been on a course today but no Torchwood to watch toight will watch the aprentice though!

Hellooooo

I'm afraid to report that my croc's are still muddy, shame on me, i will get round to cleaning them soon i PROMISE!!! I've got sooo many pairs that it doesn't matter as i will get another pair out of the box later!!! Lazy or what?

CINEMA!!!!???? On a lovely sunny day! That's kids for you, i'm guessing the film wasn't really your cup of tea as you called it a sweet story!!??

Tennis, my word haven't played that for a couple of decades. Fancy going shopping all hot and sweaty in a tracksuit!!! I hope you had some dark glasses on?

Ray's down stairs doing his accounts in front of the telly so i've crept up here out the way, he drives me mad when he's here in the day, always under my feet!! I think i can here the distant boil of the kettle so hopefully a coffee is coming my way???

Days................and days...................and days................and days!!?? I'm sure there must be a flight out of here around that time!!!??? Only kidding, i'm really looking forward to whipping your butt at the bowling alley and on the putting green!! Not really, just looking forward to having some fun and hoping that the weather will be kind to us!

I had a lovely run yesterday lunchtime in the sun - not so good today though  Hope it's dry tomorrow as we run again! Could get carried away with this running thing - it's hard work, but a good way to spend lunchtime rather than shopping!

We'll come to the farm as we don't know exactly what time we'll arrive - and we can find somewhere to go together! Otherwise we may get lost - better to be lost together - or you may know your way round well!

Enjoy the easter hols - can't believe time is going by so fast!

So you're meeting up with Sian again are you?? This is becoming a habit and i'm slightly jealous!!!

Sounds like you had a great 1st day of the holidays and luckily the weather was kind for a change! Did you get out somwhere nice today?

No, we are not going away in the may school holidays so you have no excuse to not come to us now!!! We are hoping to go in sept and drive through France via Carols french chateau for a couple of days if there are some nice B & B nearby and then drive on to Ray's brother in Spain and stay with him for a week or so and then back through France stopping off somewhere again for a couple of days but it all depends on money really and whether Ray's work picks up so fingers crossed!!!

Horse riding was great today as they decided that we would all go off through the country side for a walk which was fine but to get onto the walkway we had to cross a big squelchy area of mud!!!! Mum and i climbed onto an open gate and shimmied across to the other side much to everyones amusement! We were still quite muddy but inlike mum i can put my shoes in the bath to wash! Ah, the joys of crocs!!!

NEWSFLASH!! Apparently the hoist is being fitted on monday but i won't hold my breath just yet!

I'm hoping that the weather is good for the hols next week so i can do plenty of walking with madam in her new buggy, i have 3 meals out over 4 days so i think i may be struggling into my jeans by sunday!!

On the Monday we'll probably be able to get to yours about 10:30 - 11am, depending on traffic, so the kids can have a riding lesson in the morning if they want and we can do something after that - I don't know what time they normally ride - but does that sound ok? We won't rush to get to you too early so you can chill and enjoy the morning!!!

sounds like you had a wonderful day the sun shine is wonderful and the spring flowers beautiful what joy!

Watched Torchwood last night it was great to see how they all became to be there! poor Owen I have the most horrible feeling it is going to be sooooo sad this week

Well it was just to nice for me to stip and sand yesterday so we went to see my cousins new baby girl so cute! then to see my friend! going for some retail today however just realised it's another 5 week month so must just stick to what I want new underwear!

It was the one morning today that i had to get up early and the alarm woke us up at 7.30am and the other 2 days i struggled to stay in bed past 7am, guess my body is just used to no sleep so when i do get the chance i can't! Oh well, happy days!

Brittany completely ignored me when i went into school this morning which was quite upsetting as i was expecting her to cry and throw her arms around me like she usually does!

She behaved herself in the hall this morning during the show which was a pleasant surprise. The show was brilliant, always feel like i'm gonna cry when i watch their plays or sports days, don't ask me why i just do??

Well what are your plans for half term then? I bet you have lots of exciting things planned as usual once you have both kids off together.

Been looking on the net for ideas for our possible trip to Spain via France and on the day we were planning to come home the ferry is fully booked already so i guess we better decide if we're definately gonna go and book quite soon!

Sounds like Martin had a really good birthday then which was great especially now he's an old Man!!!!

Horse riding tomorrow so fingers crossed for good behaviour!

Incidently, Brittany is full of beans and back to her normal self now and i've had lots of cuddles! The Mil has been sleeping on the sofa as per the norm and has now gone home...hoorah!

Wow, Ben thought I was organised with my plans - but booking your hols over a year in advance?! you've beaten me! Is it that good - it must be! Can't wait to come and see where you stay!
