hi ive been married to (mark) for 18yrs i have two
boys one is 18yrs and the other is 13yrs.im a
community home care assitant.i have a pet dog
called bradley and two cats.love going out at
weekends camping when we can.
i like camping,i also do cross stitch.taking my
dog for a walk.ps also like going out for meals
especially when hubby's paying ha ha ha

I had a good weekend, nice time out with the girls on Friday and then to our friends Saturday -tho I felt ill and had to come home early! Sunday was church followed by a meal at our old church afterwards, nice to meet up with old friends! Then we spent the afteronon tidying up ready for the childrens friends coming for tea today -caleb still had loads of our camping stuff strewn across his room!!!!!
Childminding today but am having a little rest while she's having her nap Aah!
I did a little nutrition - what I would say is to eat healthy breakfast, healthy mid morning snack, light lunch, healthy mid afternoon snack and then a balanced evening meal - try to cut down on alcohol as it's empty calories - it's all about balancing what your body needs to survive with energy you give it (food) - even things like getting up an hour earlier can help you lose weight as your body burns off more calories. Try and do some form of exercise for 30 mins a day, even housework, gardening or walking the dog are fine - they burn calories so will help you. eating smaller portions are a start but it is fine to eat 5 or 6 times a day (small amounts) as each time your eat you increase your metabolic rate so your body is more efficient at burning calories. Limit the amounts of fatty/sugary food you have, try not to have too much dairy - somewhere I've got a food pyramid - I'll find it and put it in my gallery so you can see what is the recommended mix of carbs, meat/fish, veg/fruit etc.
Had a good but slightly lonely day -missing the children I'm afraid!!
Went shopping in Southend and then came back and had my haircut. feeling much better now!
Children both going out for tea at 4.30 so I will be alone again but I have to tidy up for impending m-i-l visit as she's babysitting tonight. Going out for our curry still so that should be good.
Tomorrow we're going to a housewarming do, it's open house 2-10pm but as they're some of our best friends we'll probably be there most of the time!
Church Sunday am and then we're out for lunch at our old church! Probably spoil the dog in the afternoon after he's had such a boring weekend while we all party!
Wish me luck tonight -worried about coming home to m-i-l drunk and incoherent!!!!!! -she doesn't drink!!!!!

Was supposed to meet a friend today but she couldn't make it as her little girl was sick so i've done the food shopping and been into town for a mooch round!
