Hello everyone!!!!

Well we're back from Wales -where on earth did that week go??? - and back to chaos!!!!!!

Had a really lovely and relaxing week away (50 weeks til we go next year!!) and it was great to see Sian again (though you can't believe this weird Welsh stuff she made us eat!!)  It's the countdown to half term now!!!!!!!!!

I spent ALL of Sunday putting the kitchen back together and there are still boxes of stuff everywhere!

Then I spent almost ALL of yesterday shopping for Leb's birthday. Got everything I wanted and also some of Lj's pressies for next month too so a very successful shopping trip! -Now I have to wrap them and get the house ready for his friend to sleepover on Friday, if his mum saw the state of our house today I don't think she'd let him stay!!!!

Oh and I've just realised I haven't bought a cake or any balloons!!!!

I think I'm on my 6th load of washing now, only about another 5 to go -and NO I'm not exagerating!!!!!!! -and Sian can vouch for how easy it is for my little darlings to get filthy!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you all had a good week and I shall now answer my individual messages and then start to chip away at a little more of this chaos!!!!!

Hello and goodbye my friends!!!!!

Have had an utterly chaotic few days emptying out the entire kitchen and trying to pack for holiday while keeping Lollie and Lebs entertained!!!!!!

I doubt I'll get another spare moment so I hope you all have a good weekend, week and then another weekend before my return next!!!

!!!CAR DISASTER!!!

I don't want to write this out loads of times so I'm blogging it!

Basically our car completely died on Saturday! We'd been to our friend's little boys birthday party and were heading off at 3.30 to get Lauren back to her second party of the day at 4! But as some of you know our car had been drinking oil like there was no tomorrow and smoking a bit. Well we were driving towards the arterial when it started juddering, flashing several lights on the dashboard and smoking again so we pulled over for a moment before driving to the nearby Tesco garage where we made a lovely smokey entrance! Martin filled up the oil and we went on our way but the smoke went absolutely mental and he almost crashed into another car on the roundabout because he couldn't see properly! But of course we were now on the busy arterial road and and the car decided to start chugging out thick black smoke while making a horrendous noise and loosing acceleration!!

He basically had to literally pull straight over and turn the engine off. the children and I jumped out made our way through the smokescreen and walked 50m along the grass verge!! However Lauren was wearing red and white stripey pyjamas as the party we were on our way to was a pyjama party!! The poor thing! She and Caleb were really shaken up by it all and I thought Lebs was going to throw up!

The car continued to chug out this smoke and make the awful noise for over five minutes after the engine was turned off!!! When it had stopped and the smoke had cleared a bit we walked back, got the children's stuff out the car and made our way to a side road to wait for Martin's dad to rescue us! Martin stayed with the car and two fire engine's -naturally full of firemen- turned up!! So I missed the only bonus to it all!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway we got Lj to her party 40minutes late and she was still shaking when we got there! Then Caleb got to his party on time at 5 and had a nice time despite his tummy ache!  Martin and the car arrived home on the back of the recovery truck about half an hour after me. The engine has completely died and we now just need £1000 for a new one!!!!!!!!!

BUT at least we're still alive!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELLO FOLKS!!!!!

Here I am, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth! Christmas was just chaotic with my parents staying here for five days and then us going up to their's for another four over new year. We've been back since  . . . . . cor I can't even remember what day it was, Tuesday I think, but then we were rushing about all over the place. And another problem is that the children have been staying up so late that I haven't the energy to turn this thing on at 11pm!!!!

Anyway, hopefully normal service will resume from now on. Lollie goes back to school on Monday and I shall have some peace and quiet to pootle on here and catch up with all of you! That's if Baby Bel will have her sleep of course!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all of course. Let's hope we all have a good one!!

Merry Christmas to all of you!!!!!

I hope you all have a FABULOUS Christmas time and New Year. Sorry I haven't been on here much for the last couple of weeks. Work and Christmas preparations have been MANIC!!!!!!! My parents have been here since Saturday so the chance to get on here has been limited to say the least! But everything is done now and maybe I can take some time out and relax!!!!

ENJOY YOUSELVES!!!!! -and if needed grot your teeth and keep that happy happy smile on when visiting the in-laws!

Kay has asked me to tell you that she'll be off site for about a week as she's waiting for a new broadband box as hers seems to have died!!!!!

But good news for Rays bank balance as she wont be able to buy crocs for a whole seven days!!!!!

My black mammoths have arrived from America at last -Yippee!!!!!!! They've taken several weeks but goodness knows where they've been held up!

They are lovely and fluffy!!!!!

I LOVE THEM!!!!!

Just my "prize" ones to come now -am slightly disallusioned with the competion now! They said they were also organising a suprise, maybe the suprise is there are no mammoths!!
