Some of you will remember that I went to Wales in May for work.

I found out today that the couple whose cottage we stayed in daughter is the GP who was shot dead on her honeymoon and her husband is fighting for his life!

They were planning for the wedding whilst we were there and she used to drive over every night and always waved.

Her Mum and Dad were the nicest people you could wish to meet I feel so sorry for them what a horrible place this world can be at times!

Bonjour

well we are home, not a happy bunny though the new bay window we had fitted is not looking as good as it should but hopefully that will be sorted out! and oh why did I clean the house from top to bottom cause the dust from the new bay has managed to go all through the house

Ok that's the negative bit our stay in France was wonderful and the weather was great for the most part and I got a bit of painting done when it rained My new tiled floor is wonderful, I finally got a cupboard I have been working on finished( started 6 years ago)

We might have found a little run around to buy as the cost of hire cars is so high!

We got to see our darling Sebastien every day

I was cutting lavender at 9.30pm the temp was still 28C, the bullfinches,doves etc singing the Rose chilled to perfection what a wonderful life

But hey back to the real world!!!!! work tomorrow

We had Henri for the day today and I said I would bath him and have him ready for bed when Mummy and Daddy arrived after work.

So we ran the bath and all the fishes and the frog went in and a beautiful turquoise cayman shoe will never have to throw any away now

My friends little Westie Tessa lost her fight for life yesterday it was a peaceful end but happened quickly.

She was my friend Margaret's faithful friend for 12 years and loved and adored by all who knew her. We were willed her should anything happen to Margaret and are so sad.

Margaret has been poorly since the start of the year and I do not know how she will get through this but we will support her all we can.

Well 3 pairs of crocs been out today Grandad, Grandma and Henri Ikea is a night mare at the best of times but with a toddler is just k***KERing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But he is such a darling still enjoyed it but need a LIE DOWN

Hi is everybody getting there bright coloured crocs out now I have been in Grape and Purple this week surprising what a bit of sun can do!

I feel my like myself after wearing black specialists for quite a while and the girls at work are starting to look to see what I am wearing
