The
Crocs
I want
are currently
out of
stock,
when
will
I get
them? |
top |
|
We try to keep 20,000
pairs of Crocs in
stock at our Glastonbury
Warehouse. Our Crocs
come to us from Crocs’ European
distribution centre.
Unfortunately there
are times when they
themselves do not
have any stock of
lines that we need
which means that
we are unable to
fulfil your order
straight away.
Our website shows
exactly what we have
available. If the
style/colour/size
combination you want
is not in stock,
a message will appear
when you select it
to add it to your
shopping basket.
On style/colour/size
combinations where
pre-orders have or
are being accepted,
we are expecting
to receive delivery
within the next 4
weeks. Unfortunately
we are unable to
specify exactly when
the delivery will
be but as soon as
we have the Crocs
you want they will
be despatched to
you. You will receive
an email notifying
you that they have
been despatched.
If you would prefer
not to wait and wish
to choose an alternative
or cancel your order
please contact us
on 0800 7314885 and
we will happily
deal with your
request.
Please note that
you will not be charged
for your Crocs until
they are despatched. * Please note: PayPal orders will be charged instantly.

top |

pairs of Crocs, we
will not charge you
for the 5th pair
(you get the cheapest
pair free!). If you
return any of the
5 pairs and do not
require an exchange,
you will only be
refunded the difference
in price (if there
is one) between the
pair you have returned
and the cheapest
pair.

I’m
ordering
from
outside
the EU,
do I
have
to pay
tax? |
top |
|
If you are ordering
from outside the
EU and we are sending
the goods you order
to a non EU destination
you will not be charged
VAT on your order.
However, you may
have to pay any import
duty imposed by your
destination country.
It is not possible
for us to mark the
parcel “gift” to
avoid import charges.

What
size
Crocs
should
I order? |
top |
|
When it comes to
choosing your size
you will be glad
to know we have done
all the hard work
for you! Crocs have
a fit like no other
shoe. They should
fit very loosely,
and the sides of
your foot should
not really touch
the sides of the
shoe. Your toes should
never make contact
with the front of
the shoe. Some people
and other websites
may give you differing
conversions for the
size you should have,
and therefore may
have caused you some
confusion. Here at
LookAtMyCrazyShoes.com
we have converted
the Crocs sizes into
your normal everyday
UK and EU sizes.
Therefore you should simply
choose your normal
shoe size when
ordering. We recommend
you always try on
any Crocs you receive
even if they don’t
appear to be marked
with the correct
size. To read more click
here.

When
I try
on my
Crocs,
how do
I know
if they
fit? |
top |
|
Crocs aren’t
like normal shoes
and aren’t
supposed to fit in
the same way.
Beach and
Cayman...
It’s important that these styles remain relatively loose – there
should be a small amount of space between the sides of your foot
and the sides of the Crocs and with time your Crocs will mould
to the shape of your foot.
Other fit tips for
these styles are
as follows;
• Your toes
should never make
contact with the
front of your Croc
• With your foot centred on the footbed, ideally you should have 6-12mm
(1/4 to ½ an inch) of space in front of your toes and get a finger inside
the heel strap when set around the back of the foot.
• There should be no pressure points.
• If you find that the strap is pushing your foot forward, gently stretch
strap by working it with your fingers to make it a little longer. The resin material
that is used to make Crocs has a memory so after you have stretched the strap
a couple of times it should remain the new length.
Other styles...
As with any footwear, it is important that with whatever Crocs
you wear, that they feel comfortable. Make sure your foot sits
comfortably in the centre of the anatomical footbed and that
there is enough room for your toes. If you have an open toed
style, make sure that your toes do not reach over the end of
the footbed where they could be damaged more easily and if the
style is enclosed around the heel, make sure that you cannot
get more than a finger down the back of your foot when it is
in the shoe to eliminate movement and prevent rubbing.

What
is the
difference
between
the beach
and cayman
styles? |
top |
|
The beach was the
original Croc and
only comes in six
sizes (XS to XXL).
Some people found
that they just couldn’t
get a size to fit
them well so as a
result, Crocs introduced
the Cayman style
which essentially
looks the same but
is available in specific
shoe sizes. The Beach
style is also a fraction
wider than the Cayman
style.
| |
What
are the
width
fittings? |
top |
|
Crocs do not offer
different width fittings
but because of the
design some styles
are more suitable
for narrower or wider
feet than others.
The Beach style is
a fraction wider
than the Cayman style.
| |
How
do I
clean
my Crocs? |
top |
|
Crocs can be cleaned
very easily; just
wipe them clean with
a cloth or pop them
in with your washing
up! They can also
be sterilized in
water and bleach.
Once you have cleaned your Crocs, make them shine by giving them
a polish with Croc
Butter!
(N.B make sure you don’t put Croc Butter on the soles of
your Crocs as it will make them very slippery!)
| |
How
do you
fit the
Jibbitz? |
top |
|
Jibbitz are
accessories for the
holes in the Crocs.
To fit them, push
them into the holes
(a bit like how you
would put a button
in a button hole!) – they
should then sit nicely
in your Crocs. To
remove Jibbitz we
recommend that you
push them firmly
from the inside of
your Crocs, rather
than pull them out
from the outside. Click
here to
find out more.
| |
Why
don’t
you stock
all the
Jibbitz
that
are available? |
top |
|
There are hundreds
and hundreds of different
styles of Jibbitz
and we just don’t
have enough space
to keep them all
in stock! We aim
to make sure we have
a good selection
of seasonal Jibbitz
alongside the best
sellers and will
refresh the range
every couple of months
so watch this space
for new styles!
