Customers
Standard postage and packing for UK customers is free! We aim to despatch orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt, however occasionally it may take up to 48 hours (we do not despatch at the weekend or on bank holidays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days** from despatch.
If we have a valid email address on record for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your goods have been despatched.

per order.** If
you place your order on-line
by 1pm (Monday to Thursday),
we will despatch your order
that day for delivery the
next working day. Orders
placed between 1pm on Thursdays
and 1pm on Friday using
the Guaranteed Next Day
Delivery Service will be
delivered on the Monday
following the date of the
order. Orders placed between
1pm on Friday and 1pm on
Monday will be despatched
on Monday for delivery
on the Tuesday following
the date of the order.

Overseas Customers
Western Europe, Europe inc.
Sweden, Norway, postage and
packing is £4.50 per
order**.
For the Rest of the World inc. Australia and the
Far East postage and packing is £6.00 per order**. Regrettably we
are unable to despatch any goods to Canada or
the United States. Please accept our apologies
for any disappointment this may cause.

If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to
a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of
the destination – delivery times may vary.

If
you are not entirely
happy with your
purchase you can
return it
to us for a full
refund or exchange
(This does not
affect your Statutory
Rights).
We do ask that
you pay the postage
on
the goods you return
but if you ask
for an exchange we
will
pay for any goods
we send back out
to you.
As
long as the goods
are unworn and in
a saleable condition
there is no time
limit on returns.
The
cheapest way to return
goods is to take
them to your nearest
Post Office and post
them back to us using
Royal Mail standard
delivery. Always
ask for a proof of
postage in case they
go astray in the
post. Once we are
in receipt of the
goods we aim to process
all refunds and exchanges
within 48 hours.
If
it is not convenient
to visit the Post
Office, we can arrange
for Parcel Force
to collect the goods
you wish to return
for a charge of £4.99 – please
call us on 0800
7314885 to
arrange this. We
can offer collections
to suit you, including
collecting from an
alternative address
and specify day and
approximate time
of collection within
reason.

faulty or I have
been sent the wrong
item?
If
you think the goods
you have received
are faulty or if
you have been sent
the wrong item, please

In these circumstances
we will send a Pre-paid
postage label for
return of the goods
and arrange for replacement
goods to be resent
where appropriate.
